What is a Drum Circle?

The drum circle is really just a jam session of different rhythms and states-of-mind. It's not meant to be professional or rhythmic but more of a group expression. A community working together to become one. People of all ages gather to drum in drum "circles" with others from the surrounding community. The drum circle offers equality because there is no begining or end. The main objective is to share a rhythm, to get in tune with one another and yourself. To form a collective consciousness. To entrain and resonate as one emerging voice.

What is a Gong Bath?

The gong bath is an extraordinary experience of total body immersion into sound. It creates a sense of euphoria and well-being by releasing the bodies most inner energy, enabling it to function at its optimal level. It is typical for those participating in such an immersion to report spontaneous emotional release, out-of-body experiences, and a simultaneous sense of relaxation and energy.

At the first tone, the vibrations will soothe the mind. As it builds, a mosaic of sound begins to take shape, creating an array sensations that vary from person to person. Each gong bath, like a snow flake, is different. As the sound intensifies, a sense of energy and comfort will overcome you. By the end of the session, you'll feel energized and rejuvenated. You'll also find that the engergizing effect of a gong bath can linger for days.
